Kare kare, pakanga paine mirao yakasimba pamusoro pekudya. Varume vaidya voga padare, vachisiya vakadzi nevana vachidya mudzimba. Vakuru vaidya vachigara pasi, uye vaifanira kupedza kudya vasina kusimuka. Kupa vakuru zvokudya zvisati zvambodyiwa newe kwaiva chiratidzo chokuremekedza. Zvokudya zvaisanganisira sadza, munhanga, manhanga, michero, uye nyama yemhuka dzesango.
